Bookings for over 15 People
All bookings can be held provisionally for 7 days, after which a deposit of 30% or £15.00 per person, whichever is the greater, will be due. Should the deposit not be received within 10 days your booking may be automatically released.
Final balance of payment is due no later than 56 days prior to date of event. Non-payment of final balance by the date due will render our contract with you void.
Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to Hospitality Line by the party organiser, we cannot accept any cancellations on the telephone after a deposit has been paid. No refund of any monies will be paid within 56 days of your event.
Deposits are strictly non refundable in all circumstances.
Christmas Bookings for 14 people or less
All bookings can be held provisionally for 7 days, after which full payment is due.
Once your booking is confirmed full payment will be taken from your credit card, 30% or £15.00 per person, whichever is the greater will be strictly non-refundable. Once payment is received cancellations can only be made 56 days prior to the date of the event. In the event of cancellation 56 days prior to the event the total amount will be eligible for a refund minus the deposit taken and a 5% cancellation charge.
Any refund of final payments received for cancellations made more than 56 days before the date of your Christmas party will be subject to a 5% administration charge. Prices
Prices displayed on our websites
are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily
basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental
incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error
within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the
purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional
difference in price.

Hospitality Line and its agent's reserve the right to refuse admission and remove from that service any persons, whose condition in the opinion of Hospitality Line or its agent's staff interferes, or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the service by other participants.
Hospitality Line does not accept any responsibility in respect of the person prevented from entering the function, or asked to leave due to their conduct.
All services offered by Hospitality Line and its agent's, including product descriptions and prices are offered strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised elements of each party, but in doing so will undertake to offer a suitable alternative.
Hospitality Line will endeavour to accommodate late menu or detail changes but will not be held responsible for changes communicated less than 2 weeks before the event date.
Hospitality Line does not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of any party, or for any delays as a result of:-
- Strikes, Riots or Lockouts affecting any trade.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Loss, damage or cancellation due to Fire, Flood or any other cause beyond its control.
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of Hospitality Line in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including applied Terms shall not extend any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
Hospitality Line and its agent's reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers or a corporate buy out. In which case an alternative date of full refund of monies paid will be given.
